  • Injection and compression molding machines. 

  • Horizontal Boring and milling machines.

  • Gear shaper and hobbing machines.

  • Grinding machines: Universal, Cylindrical, surface grinder and gear grinding machines.

  • Providing high quality scraped / ground surfaces of slide and guide ways and also turcite material application including spindle and machine assemblies rectification, alignment, geometrical accuracies, performance and capability.

  • Reconditioning of ball screw and box nut assembly.

  • Machine erection and commissioning. 

 

 

B. Supply of precision machine parts and components

  • Ball screws with box nut, Lead screw / feed screw with box nuts

  • Fabricated and machined components as per customer Specifications. Material -SS, Steel, Aluminum, Bronze, PVC and PP

  • CNC systems (seimens, funuc), LM guides, Encoders, linear scales and other elements required for machine tool retrofitment works.

 

 

C. Annual maintenance service contract of preventive maintenance and breakdowns.
